Nicole Higley Knowles

Nicole Has been cheering, dancing, and tumbling since she can remember. Cheerleading has always been a part of her life. She has earned several individual and team awards at the state and national level.

She has coached many cheer teams with the most recent being the Viewmont High School cheerleaders. She has also done competition choreography for several winning teams in and out of state. She ran a successful cheer and tumble program for all of Smithfield city recreation department for 4 years before moving back home to Davis County.

In 2009 She had an idea to open a cheer and tumbling gym that really put the kids first. With her mom as her partner, they together opened Rah! Energy. In 2011 they decided to expand to a competitive all-star cheer gym. She along with Ryun has coached and choreographed for both teams. Having a very successful first season with several awards and many first place finishes. She has 3 children of her own and enjoys every minute of coaching.

Jan Higley

Jan Higley is a proud mother of 4 kids and 5 grandchildren. She has lived in Centerville for 22 years. She has been active in the community, supporting various businesses and several school programs. She has been president of the VHS booster club and Viking pride head mother organizing events, fundraisers and supporting the student athletes.

Her 2 daughters were cheerleaders for over 8 years and her sons have been active in all sports programs. She loves to encourage all kids to reach their goals and achieve their dreams. Jan and her husband have been successful business owners in the community and are thrilled to venture into owning a cheer/tumble gym with their daughter Nicole.

Ryun Nacario

Ryun has been involved in cheerleading and tumbling for over 20 years. He was the first male cheerleader in Davis County. He cheered at a nationally ranked college for 3 years.

Ryun has had over 10 years experience in coaching cheerleading, tumbling, and gymnastics. He has worked at several dance and gymnastics gyms throughout the state of Utah. He has choreographed and coached for numerous high school and junior high cheerleading teams.

Ryun is also a head instructor with the United Spirit Association where he teaches camps throughout the United States. He has had the opportunity to work with many dance and cheerleading professionals in the US and Japan. He has also been a cheerleading judge for the past 6 years traveling around the US judging hundreds of teams at regional and national levels.

Ryun is a USASF certified judge as well as first aid and CPR certified.

Ryun performed with the acrobatic group, Anti-Gravity, at the 2007 Nu Skin International Conference in Salt Lake City. He also played "Ken" at the 2010 Pixar Toy Story 3 wrap party in Oakland, California.
